With Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh in attendance, the first theatrical trailer revealed. The trailer will be a little over 3 minutes long. Bajirao Mastani Trailer is launched at a very grand event in Mumbai and if sources are to be believed, the makers have plans to create a place like atmosphere to launch the theatrical trailer. The teaser was almost two and half minutes long so the trailer is a little lengthier than that.

The buzz is at its peak for Bajirao Mastani which will definitely create magical number at Box-Office. The movie shoot is begun in March 2014 in the location of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The first poster of movie Bajirao Mastani exposed in last month and it created a huge buzz and excitement in the audience. The movie was first announced in 2003. Sanjay Leela Bhansali initially wanted to cast Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai for the nominal roles, but could not cast them together after their highly publicized breakup. In July 2003, there were reports that Bhansali had cast Khan and Kareena Kapoor as the lead pair with Rani Mukerji playing Baji Rao’s first wife. Several actors were rumored to be linked to the project including Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Hrithik Roshan etc. but those actors are not fit in the role according to Bhansali.

In July 2014, finally it was confirmed that Bhansali had revived the project with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone playing the titular roles and Priyanka Chopra playing Bajirao’s first wife, Kashibai.
