  1. Garlic
  • Method 1: Crush garlic, extract its juice, mix with a little of honey at a ratio of 1 teaspoon of fluid garlic and 2 teaspoons of honey. You stir the mixture together, soak a soft cotton into the mixture but the cotton is not too wet, and then you tuck it into your nose 3 times a day. You can replace honey with sesame oil.
  • Method 2: The peeled garlic slices or crushes, and then soak in 1 liter white wine. You should maintain in a tight bottle, keep it in the cool place for 10 days. Even with less than 10 minutes if you feel the skin to begin heating or overheated steam, stop immediately.
  • Method 2: Alternatively, you inhale steam your nose with basil or peppermint leaves as follows. If the taste of garlic makes it difficult to drink, you can replace by 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Dividing into 3 times a day is good for your nasal cavity.   1. Saline

Use saline is the easiest way and also very effective to washing away the bacteria causing runny nose. Using saline to clean the inside of the nostrils by mixing about ½ teaspoon of salt to and a cup of warm water. Then use cotton wool soak every drop of saline into the nose or directly drip in your nose. You should lightly inhale to make saline get into the nose further. Do not assume that saline will make you feel uncomfortable, on the contrary, it will make it easier to breathe and much more pleasant. You do this 3 times a day.

  1. Ageratum conyzoides

Pick the fresh plant, dip, wash, drain, smash to extract its juice, soak a cotton wool into the juice. This cotton wool inserts into the nostrils for 15 to 20 minutes.
