IIT JEE Advanced 2016 Exam Review- This year the JEE Exam organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the students who are looking for the admission in the engineering colleges in all over India. The candidates who qualify the JEE Mains Exam will be eligible to get admission in IITs colleges or institutes in all over country. The JEE Exam completes in two parts First, JEE Mains and Second,  JEE Advanced .

IIT JEE Advanced 2016 Exam Review:

The candidates have to pass in the JEE Mains Exam to apply for the JEE Advanced Exam. This year the examination was held on 22nd May 2016 and 1,98,228 candidates had cleared the JEE (Main) examination in both online and offline examination. After the Main exam approx 2 lacks students had appeared in the JEE Advanced Exam for the admission in the colleges. After the examination the board will release the official JEE Advanced 2015 Answer Key for the candidates to provide the correct answer of the examination paper. After given the exams all candidates gave IIT JEE Advanced 2016 Exam Review about the examination and the difficulties they face in the examination. IIT JEE Advanced 2016 Paper Analysis:

The paper pattern of JEE Advanced in 2016   is not the same every year and it take some changes in it. The examination paper consists of three sections i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The questions are related to analytical and reasoning ability. There are 2 paper i.e. paper 1 and paper 2 and both paper contains 10 codes from 0 to 9 and each section contains 18 questions in each sets. So there are the 54 total number of questions in 3 sections that contains 186 marks in each paper, therefore the total marks is 372 in both examination paper. There is also negative marking in the examination.

  • Paper 1: In the Paper 1 : It contained five multiple choice questions (MCQ) with a single correct answer  and eight questions that has more than one correct answer with 50 per cent negative marks. If the candidates did not select any option, then they can be get some marks. For each correct option. It also contained five numerical-based questions that carried no negative marks.
  • Paper 2: In Paper 2 : Each subject contained six single correct multiple choice questions (marking scheme: +3, -1);  eight multiple choice questions with more than one correct answer with  similar marking of Paper 1 and two paragraphs with two questions each (marking scheme: +3, 0) i.e. no negative marking.

IIT JEE Advanced 2016 Review

The students who prepared for the examination and have conceptual understanding and analytical abilities by practice of solving problems, they  had face no difficulty in the exam. In each subjects there were one or two questions that were tricky and lengthy. As assumption, In the paper, 30 per cent questions were easy, 48 per cent were moderate and only 22 per cent were difficult.

Nitin: I found Paper 2 to be more difficult. In paper 1 Physics was moderate but in Paper 2 it was very tough. I had checked so many sample papers. I have never come across some of the questions which came in Paper 2.

Prashant: I found Maths to be very calculative though Chemistry was easy. Of course, the marking scheme is different from the previous years.

Rahul: I am expecting a good score. My target above 180. Yes, maths was a bit difficult but I was prepared well for it.

Aanchal: The paper pattern was different from the previous year. There were more questions from 12th then from 11th.

Priya: I faced a lot of difficulty in Maths, especially in paper 2. I think there were more questions from 12th syllabus.
